sorry for not replying....i am a little bit busy nowadays..many assignments and presentations to do.. :(well.i am not familiar with the sprocket settings,but what i knew is the rear sprocket size is 40..and i not sure with the front sprocket...i think my piston ring is not suitable to use anymore..although no smoke came out,but i think the starter felt very light because lack of compression due to the old piston ring..am i right? :-\is this will effect the pickup?from my experiences with honda c90,if we lack of compression in the burning chamber,the pickup will lost.....am i right?this is the picture of the head...https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=306946186050963&set=a.306946012717647.72367.10 please give me your opinions about this..i hope you can see the grooves and a little bit of crack on the head..what can i do?porting it?how much will it cost?and please add me in your facebook to!! :D :D :D :D
base on the explaination seem like ur piston already loose. Better rebore and replace one size piston... or change bigger piston :D 57mm :D
base on picture, seem maybe something abnormal ( valve or piston broke) .. in this case just polish by sand paper until the surface smooth.
i inticipate the front sprocket might be 15... instead std 14... because std kriss will use 14/42 and if the sprocket was drop only 2 teeth, it will not affect on the top gear (unless your weigh :D)

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR CONCERN! :) :)from what i observe and feel,the motorcycle do not have any pickup at all..but i can tell you that my motorcycle has top speed..i can rev the third gear as long as i want.if i change to fourth gear,the speed went down..when i start the engine with kickstarter,i can eel that it is very easy to start it.what i mean is the starter feel very soft and loose..i think it is because low compression in the burning chamber.i want to swap the block with 57 mm shark racing block. i cannot post  the pic of my head here because the file size is too big.....in the head,there are many grooves on it..what can i do to smooth it up? ???what do you guys think?
em what is current sprocket setting?
seems like the ratio is low that's why your speed drop when u turn to top gear...

regarding to the head surface... just use a porting tip will do..

for 57mm piston, better get the high cam for it's match :D then you will gain more top speed

gambiran cat chasis takde lak.. huhu takpe kasik continue lg...
disebabkan rim belakang takde.. kasi halo2 member kat jepun.. dia nak balik sini... so suh dia carik rim ape2 yang best... dua minggu lepas tu dia kasi aku... perghhhhhh rim cbr250rr yang sangat rare :D
kasi wat bushing semua.. kasi attach.. perghhh cunnn.. rim lebar 3.5inch, 17 inch sub plak 17mm.. memang ngam...cuma kene adjust bushing skit je



kasi cat lak rim... lupe amik gambar gak.. ampes.. haha
pastu kasi search rim yang same design ngan rim ni... check2 kat tenet.. same design rim ngan nsr.. carik kat mudah... humagaih mahal gler.. carik2 dapat SP model.. lg hensem... 2.5 inch lak tu compare ngan std 1.85 :D
tembak chat n kasi pasang satu kali... enjin masih dalam wad :D



check spec tayar paling besar utk rim 3.5 adalah 140/70-17.. pergh rare lg... ape lg kasi turun sentul sambar yang baru punya... depan belakang punah rm800++

Salam
Alamak td post kat english section da ter buat tajuk pun english da...
saje nak kongsi pengalaman n pupuk semangat DIY dikalangan Melaka Bikers :D

Okeh....sejarah motot berplet moto JFK9327... motot ni asalnya kepunyaan seorang brader kat jb... pastu motot ni di wariskan kat adiknya... adiknya lanyak sampai jem pastu tinggalkan kat bawah rumah sampaila kene rembat ( ni tak pasti sebab klu kene rembat takkan siap geran + purchase agreement sekali ::)
motot ni last bergerak atas jalan adalah pada taun 2003 n lepas jem dibiarkan tersadai dibawah ujan.. pastu rim belakang kene rembat ngan malaun mane tah.... last2 motot ni aku jumpa kat kedai besi buruk (haha ni favourite aku la... g jalan2 usyar kot2 ader barang yang best leh beli murah2) so ternampak moto ni terselit bawah timbunan besi2 buruk... so aku tanye la... sekali ader siap geran n purchase order... dapatla rm3 rat :D sian tul tgk keadaannya...

Still remember during MBC still young.. i like to post in Bengkel MBC  :D but nowadays seems many people can advise  so i decide to just keep quite and see :D but now i want Melaka Bikers to become more info and can helps people from being sembelih by shop :D and also educate people more on DIY :D

hahaha :Dthanks for your opinions!i have done the top overhaul,i have serviced the carburetor,i have changed the one way starter bearing!all by myself(except for the bearing,dont know how to change it.)you,re right,the petrol has turned to jelly like liquid.i have cleaned it.the carburetor is fine,but still have 'semput-semput'.i cannot adjust the fuel screw,the screw is jammed already... :'(and i have noticed that the head surface is rough.this motorcycle is second hand ones.mybe the old owner scrapped the carbon on the head with screwdriver and drill.because the surface is not smooth,it's rough and has many 'lekuk' on it.the piston is not tight.the compression is low...so,i only can get 100 kmh this time..mybe some upgrades at the block,piston and head will solve it..what do you guys think? ??? ???
for kriss 110, it top speed should be around 115-120km/h... (depends on the rider weigh)
maybe sprocket ratio to low?
regarding "semput2" maybe there is still some jelly in the jetting... you may change the jetting ( around rm3-6... depend on shop)..
for the dent/dint head, maybe last time something was happen... maybe any one of valve broke? depend on how deep is it.... i think better take a picture and paste here :D
for the compression, if there is burning mark on the piston wall/skirt, that's means the ring and piston worn out... need to rebore and change a bigger piston :D

no, just servis the carburator + top overhaul ( block and head :D)
